Delete your DiscLab account
You can delete your DiscLab account and its data at any time, with or without the app. DiscLab is made by DiscLab Oy.
In the app
Open DiscLab, go to Settings and tap Delete account. Confirm, and the account is deleted right away.
On the website
Sign in at disclab.eu with the same Google or Apple account, open Account, and choose Delete account.
By email
Email support@disclab.eu from your account's email address and ask us to delete it. We confirm when it is done, within one month.
What is deleted
Your account and profile, synced throws and their measurements, uploaded videos and their pages, your disc collection and its photos, settings, your forum profile and picture, your forum topics with all their replies, your replies, your blocks and your moderation notices. The link to your Google or Apple sign-in is removed, and DiscLab's access to your Apple ID is revoked.
What is kept
Purchase records from the App Store or Google Play, without your name or email, for as long as the stores can still report changes to them or accounting law requires.
Reports you filed about forum posts, no longer linked to your name or email.
Backup copies, until they are deleted within 30 days.
Your subscription
Deleting your account does not cancel a DiscLab Pro subscription. Cancel it in the App Store or Google Play, or the store keeps charging.
