Tell us your phone model, app version, and what the app showed when things went wrong — that's usually enough for us to find the cause.
Subscriptions and billing
Payments, refunds, and cancellation are handled by Google Play or the App Store, so those requests go to the store you subscribed through. If you've paid but the app doesn't show Pro, contact us and we'll fix it.
