Practice
Fieldwork with feedback between throws.
Bring your phone and a stack of discs. Here's what a DiscLab session looks like, from setup to review.
Coming to Android and iOS
Set up
Prop the phone up a few steps to the side of your throwing line, so it sees you from the side. DiscLab checks the framing and tells you when it's ready to track throws.
If lighting, angle, or your phone's capability can't support a reliable measurement, it says so before you throw — you'll never get a made-up number.
Throw the stack
Throw normally. DiscLab detects each throw on its own and speaks the release speed, so you never walk over to the phone between reps.
Speed is called for every throw. Deeper disc and form feedback shows up when the recording gives DiscLab enough to work with.
Review
Every throw is saved with its speed and its clip. Compare sessions, spot outliers, and watch the throws behind them.
Training sets separate one-off max-effort bombs from changes you can actually repeat.
